Recent Events

A few of our garden club members attended the Chinook District General Meeting on September 4, 2001.  Some of our club members won awards for their entries.  The winners are as follows:
 
DIVISION II DESIGN
 
Section B.  Novice Only.
Class 7.  Beach Sandcastles (A creative design, using beach toys.  Designers choice of plant materials.)
First Place - Caroline
Second Place - Renee
 
DIVISION III ARTISTIC CRAFTS
 
Class 1.  A Good Novel (Decorate a book cover - must contain some plant material.)
First Place - Sally
 
Class 2.  Memories to Hold (Decorate a frame for a picture of your favorite Summer memory.  You may include a picture, or not.)
Second Place - Sally
